The Spaces at Willow Sky Ranch

Willow Sky Ranch's beautifully restored 1905 main home that has been thoughtfully upgraded to offer modern comforts while retaining its original charm. With 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 11 guests, central AC, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living space, this home provides a flexible layout for a comfortable stay. The rear conversion into a make-up prep room and the covered front porch with a porch swing adds unique touches to enhance your experience.

The Great House offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern conveniences, with spacious bedrooms, central AC, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space. The additional features like the make-up prep room and the relaxing front porch make it a delightful and convenient choice for a memorable stay

The newly renovated rustic lodge at the Willow Sky Ranch. Upgraded in 2020, Boar's Ranch offers a modern and charming retreat for up to 4 guests. With central AC, a full bathroom, TV area, foosball, and even a slot machine, you'll have everything you need to have fun with your groomsmen before the wedding ceremony.

Our lodge is a hidden gem that's been transformed into a haven for relaxation and fun. With its spacious living area, central AC, TV area, foosball, and slot machine, it's the perfect retreat for up to 4 guests.

Boar's Ranch

The property boasts an unparalleled feature - a sprawling music and events hall that exudes a vibrant vibe. With a stage and a well-stocked bar, it promises an authentic music hall experience. The hall's grand glass doors can be flung open, seamlessly merging the indoors with the breathtaking grounds outside. Willow hall, with its comfortable seating for 125, is where the magic of the night happens.

Willow Hall

An expanse of lush greenery sprawls beneath the majestic canopy of ancient oaks, beckoning families and friends to gather and revel in its tranquil embrace. Nestled between the stately Willow Hall and the inviting Boar's Lodge covered area, this beautiful space features a rustic stone fire pit, enchanting café string lighting overhead, and a prime vantage point to savor the soulful melodies emanating from the nearby hall.

Willow Grove

Situated on a secluded parcel of the ranch, the Bird's Nest exudes an air of tranquility as it perches atop the treetops, granting breathtaking vistas. This elegant abode boasts a comfortable living area, a well-appointed bathroom, efficient air conditioning, and a luxurious master loft. With a sleeper sofa, the Bird's Nest comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The wrap-around deck offers unparalleled panoramas of the sprawling property, where sightings of the majestic Blackbuck antelope herd or graceful deer grazing just beyond the fence line are almost guaranteed. The abundance of birdhouses and feeders adds a playful charm to this enchanting haven, making it a delightful retreat for all to enjoy.

bird's nest

You will have access to Willow Sky Ranch for 16 hours. You will be able to use Both the Boar's Lodge and the Great House to get ready. Willow hall, both inside and outside, can be used for your cocktail hour & reception. You will also be able to use the Grove and it's outdoor serving kitchen. Willow Sky Ranch will supply 150 farmhouse chairs, 15 60" tables, and 4 stained 8' farmhouse tables that you can use for both your ceremony and reception. Jennifer and her team will also take care of both set up and tear down for you. You will also be given 1 hour for your rehearsal the day before the wedding. Lastly, you will have a day of coordinator to help you on your wedding day.
There is enough parking for 60 cars and is handicap accessible.

Willow Sky Ranch is a special gem hidden just outside of Fredericksburg. When you first set foot on the Willow Sky Ranch property, you feel a very familiar feeling, almost like when you were arriving at a friends house. The owners, Jennifer and Steve, make you feel like you are one of the family. They are committed to serve their couples and make them feel like Willow Sky Ranch really is their home for the weekend. Stress and anxiety do not exist here, the vibe & overall tone that Jennifer sets is so relaxed.
There is an abundance of shade at Willow Sky Ranch, every photographer loves when they show up to a wedding venue and see all of the shade it offers. There are so many elements around the Willow Sky Ranch property that make for incredibly unique photo opportunities. So much so that no two weddings will ever look alike.
