Camino Real Ranch uses a modern desert aesthetic to transport you to Baja California with the convenience of being just minutes from downtown Austin.
The History of Camino Real Ranch dates back to the 1940's when the property was a pig farm. The Heart of Gold farm, as it was called then, grew in the middle of Dale, Texas, where the started adding features like the greenhouse, Quonset Hut, and traditional, authentic tipis from Oregon.
Jenn Valenza & Nicole Beglau purchased the property in 2019, and Camino Real Ranch was born. Jenn Valenza grew up wanting to work in the wedding industry, but took the route of a CPA until she visited the property for the first time and new this was her destiny. Nicole Beglau has been a wedding photographer for over a decade ago. Her roots have always been in serving others, as well as her love for hosting parties. Being able to combine her love for weddings and her passion for serving others by partnering up with Jenn and creating Camino Real Ranch has been a dream come true.

The 6 acre ranch may have been a working farm in the past, but we've given it a stylish upgrade with a modern desert twist.Towering palm trees, striking agave plants and vibrant Mexican sage. The farm's unique features have been kept and enhanced with a minimalist, clean aesthetic to showcase the property's natural beauty and spaciousness.

Camino Real Ranch's 3,400 square foot greenhouse event space is a lush oasis with a milky front façade and a dreamy opaque roof. This lets in an abundance of beautiful natural light. The back windows over look the pond and mesquite grove. The over side landing is complete with stained wooden doors that makes for a great outdoor ceremony alter.

The Greenhouse
The Quonset Hut at Camino Real Ranch boasts 1,600 square feet of indoor space, as well as a 600 square foot front and back patio that can be accessed through large glass garage doors. The hut is equipped with air conditioning and features 3 restrooms and a kitchen area for caterers. It has high ceilings, and a spiral staircase made of iron rods leads to a cozy loft.
This is an ideal location for hosting cocktail hour or a small dinner reception. Camino Real Ranch's Quonset Hut has the capacity to accommodate 125 guests for a standing cocktail reception or 50 guests for a seated dinner reception.

The farmhouse at Camino Real Ranch is 900 square foot, two-bedrooms is an ideal location for the bride to get ready for the her wedding day. The farmhouse is authentic to the farm and dates back to the 1940s. It is equipped with a full kitchen and bathroom with a vintage clawfoot bathtub. With white walls and beautiful windows, it is a photographer's dream getting ready space.

The Farmhouse
The vintage 1940s cabin serves as an additional preparation suite for couples. The cabin has a rustic charm, with a blend of modern amenities throughout its 600 square feet of space. It features vintage shiplap and rusted sheet metal walls. It is large enough to accommodate even the biggest of wedding parties.
The cabin is equipped with a bar made of concrete and brass, a mini-fridge, and a TV, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind before the celebration begin

The Cabin
In the back of Camino Real Ranch, you will find the pond. Two ancient mesquite trees come together in an elegant arch, providing a natural backdrop for your ceremony with the addition of a sparkling pond. The pond area is decorated with romantic bistro lights, custom-made cedar benches for seating, and an abundance of natural beauty, making it a great location for an outdoor ceremony.

The Barn
The circular concrete terrace in the shape of a tipi is 20 feet in diameter, making it a one-of-a-kind location for a reception area, a comfortable lounge display or an activation space. The center of the terrace features an embedded Texas star decal that adds to its uniqueness.
Tipi Terrace
The white gazebo is nestled in a secluded and picturesque location near the pond, providing an intimate setting. It's the ideal place to host your outdoor ceremony or an outdoor dance part.

Yes you can! Alcohol must be served bartender partner, Peak Beverage.
01. How does payment work?

Please do not rice, synthetic rose petals, bird seed, silly string, confetti, glitter or anything that can be ingested by wildlife in the outdoor areas, it can be deadly. Also, if you use your own decor at Camino Real Ranch, please set up and install it in a way that it does not damage the property. Sparklers can be used at Camino Real Ranch just as long as there are no burn bans in effect for Cadwell County.

Camino Real Ranch has enough parking for 60 guest vehicles and 20 vendor vehicles on the property.
03. Are there any noise restrictions?
As a courtesy to the neighbors of Camino Real Ranch, all amplified outdoor music must end by 11:00pm on Friday & Saturday, 9:00pm Sun-Thursday.
06. Can we bring our pets?
Camino Real Ranch is pet friendly! Just make sure someone is there to take care and clean up after them. Your deposit is used to cover any damages.

Camino Real Ranch Wedding Venue
Camino Real Ranch was one of the first venues that really caught our eye when we moved to Austin. Here you have this little desert Oasis in the middle of the Texas countryside. The moment you step onto the walkway in the very front, you just get this sense of warmth and comfort, like you do when you walk into your grandma's house when you were a kid. You just know that you are about to be loved on and have a great time.
The Quonset Hut is one of thee most unique things we have ever seen at a venue. Its like a little airplane hanger. It just takes your wedding photographs to an entirely different level. The greenhouse lets in so much beautiful light as well and those back windows are so pretty!!! The farmhouse may be our favorite though. It is not just a pretty space for you to get ready, you really feel the same way you did when you were a little girl playing dress up. Everything just comes rushing back to you when you put your dress on.
Lastly, Jenn & Nicole really know how to love on people and make you feel valued. There are many venues who do not treat vendors very well, Jenn & Nicole show every vendor who walks through their doors so much respect and care. That is something that makes Camino Real Ranch one of our all time places to be during wedding season.
