At 1600 square feet, it features a full-service beauty bar, a comfortable fireplace, various seating options, private dressing areas, and one of the largest mirrors in Austin, Texas. You will have a the best morning with your bridesmaids when you get ready in the lounge at the Arlo.

The Groom's Cottage at The Arlo is a private retreat exclusively for the groom and his entourage. At 1500 square feet, it features a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a spacious lounge area, making it the ideal spot to relax and unwind before you finally see your bride.

The Arlo will give you access to the entire property for 12 hours. The 4,600 sq ft Ballroom is the perfect setting for your reception, with the ability to accommodate a large number of guests. For the groom and his entourage, there is a private 1500 sq ft cottage with a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and a spacious lounging area, perfect for relaxing before the big moment. The venue also includes 20 66-inch round tables, 10 36-inch cocktail tables, and 1600 sq ft lounges with a beauty bar and bridal dressing room.

Additionally, The Arlo features an on-site prep kitchen, 1800 square foot Storie Hall indoor ceremony space, 300 crossback chairs, 20 8-foot rectangular tables, 4 48-inch round tables, and a 2400 sq ft Astro-turfed lawn event space. The formal garden offers 15 8x32 tables and 9 6x30 tables for use, and there is even one hour of rehearsal time included when you book your wedding day with the Arlo.

Absolutely! Couples can bring their own wine, beer, and hard alcohol to the Arlo., It is required that alcohol is served by a TAVC-certified bartender and must be supplied by your caterer or a third party bar service.

The Arlo does require that you have either a wedding planner or a day of coordinator for the final walkthrough, as well as your wedding day. You can either choose a planner/coordinator from the Arlo's preferred vendor list or you can choose your own as long as they are pre-approved.

You sure can! Rehearsals must be scheduled up to 45 days before your wedding and are subject to availability.

The very first thing that you are going to notice when you walk through the doors at the Arlo is how empty the venue is. Nothing on any of the walls, outside on the lawn, out front in the Courtyard. The Arlo is a blank canvas. These blank walls are for you to express yourselves and be who you really are. Decorate your wedding day to fit your vision instead of your vision fitting the aesthetic of the wedding venue.
