Eight state of the art cottages are available for your guests who wish to stay at the Oaks at High Hill. Each cottage features a king size bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, 70' 4k smart TV, and small kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Each cottage has their own private fire pit, picnic table, and patio heater.
You and your guests also have access to the Oaks General Store! The General store is stocked with snacks, drinks, fishing poles, firewood, wine, ice cream and so much more!

The Oaks at High Hill is a very special venue to us. We originally moved to Austin, Texas from Bloomington, Illinois. As beautiful as Texas hill country is, we still get homesick. When we first visited The Oaks at High Hill, we felt like we were back home. Everything we love about the Illinois countryside can be found at the Oaks. The property itself looks like a luxury farm. Beautiful white barn surrounded by black picket fences. When you walk around, there is wildlife everywhere. There is even a wild deer that is very friendly with guests who visit the Oaks! The Sunsets at the Oaks of High Hill are what everyone talks about. So many vibrant colors, absolutely gorgeous!
The other thing that makes everyone at the Oaks really special is the amount of time you have access to the venue. So many venues give you 12 hours or less. That can stress out any bride who wants to decorate and have their rehearsal. The Oaks of High Hill give you three full days at their venue! So much time to decorate, to have your rehearsal, and most importantly spend time with your friends and family. At the Oaks at High Hill, it isn't just a wedding day, its a wedding weekend!

The Oaks at High Hill can accommodate groups from 50 all the way up to 750 people.
Yes! The Oaks staff will clean up after not only your wedding reception, but your rehearsal dinner as well.
You can choose your own vendors or use our list of pre approved vendors that we have close relationships with. The Oaks provides a special service entrance for vendors, as well as a full kitchen for catering to use.
All alcohol must be purchased through the Oaks at High Hill. You can pre purchase alcohol for your event, you can open a cash bar, or the Oaks can supply all the alcohol and be All-Inclusive
Absolutely! All wedding packages include 3 day rental at the Oaks at High Hill. This includes the night before, which can be used for your rehearsal and decorating.
