We had the best time getting to meet up with Katey and Brandon for their beautiful Engagement session just a few days ago!! Brandon may come off as a shy guy, but when he looks at Katey, it is seriously like fireworks going off, just so much love! These two were so precious to work with.
Originally, we were going to to be showcasing our couple in the Uptown Normal Circle, but we were greeted by the company, Rivian, and their car exhibit and hundreds of Onlookers. We then headed to the ISU Bone Center for the start of our session. One of our favorite things about the Illinois State University campus is all of the old Architecture all campus. We lucked out with the car exhibit across town, it left us with a completely empty campus for us!
Katey and Brandon have the sweetest dog they rescued a few years ago so we were beyond excited that they brought her for a few pictures. She was definitely shy but after some kisses and snuggles from her mom and dad we were able to grab a couples sweet pictures of all three of them!
We finished off the day at one of our favorite parks in Central Illinois, Maxwell Park. The leaves were finally changing to a beautiful shade of red, so vibrant and so lovely. At the end we were so blessed to have an amazing sunset, how can you not get excited! Just wait until you guys see all the beautiful light we got at the very end of their session! We love fall for that very reason! Nothing beats an autumn sunset!
