One of the things that we absolutely love about our jobs is being able to travel around the country and reconnecting with good friends. Tina has been a friend of ours for many years. She is an amazing photographer from Tucson that we absolutely love. Tina and her husband, Cody, wanted to celebrate their wedding anniversary by getting dressed up in a wedding dress and a suit for a fun morning in the desert.Â
If there is one man I can rely on to be there for his wife for portraits, it is Cody. Earlier in 2021, we were able to photograph Tina and Cody with their children during a sunrise session. Cody was absolutely ready to go for a session with just Tina when she asked him. The location we had our session at in Tucson is one of our favorites in Arizona. The sun rises perfectly over the mountain, giving us the most incredible glow. There are a few benefits to having a sunrise session when it is in Tucson Arizona. First off, the temperatures are very low, it is so pleasant! No matter where you have your session, you wont have to worry about hikers or anyone being around, it is just the two of you, and us of course! After the session is over, you have the entire day to spend together!
Cody and Tina did not waste anytime having fun in front of our cameras. Cody just has a way to make Tina laugh that takes absolutely no effort, he literally did the job for us. Ok maybe a few laughs came from Brett walking into the Cactus over and over again. Absolutely beautiful day to celebrate the bond that these two amazing people have created together.
